Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada – At its biennial 2008 General Assembly (GA), held October 3-5 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, the IFSS (International Federation of Sleddog Sports) elected a new Council to serve for the next two years. Seventeen member federations were represented.

Duluth, Minnesota USA, July 3, 2008 – The Jamaica Sleddog Federation is the first IFSS (International Federation of Sleddog Sports) member to send in its entries for the IFSS World Championships in Daaquam, Quebec Canada, January 16-25, 2009. Jamaican Damion Robb will be competing in the 4-dog and 6-dog sprint classes with dogs from the Elfstone Kennel of Ken and Donna Davis in Duluth, Minnesota USA. |
